Dear Vera,
The histogram lists the number of occurances of each
"inter-frame-interval" (IFI). This is the time it take between the video
card drawing frames. Thus, if your monitor is displaying at 60 Hz, your
IFI should be 16.667 msec (with VSYNC on). Often the first frame has an
IFI less than this because the video card doesn't have to wait as long
for a VSYNC. But an IFI longer than this indicates that frames were dropped.
The histogram you sent indicates that 3 frames may have been dropped.
