[vipaudioaccess] Samplitude time location not being announced

Hi,
I'm running the 4.0 scripts on Windows 7 (shock, horror) and I don't hear
any time location being announced when I use Left/Right Arrow keys (or
elsewhere, for that matter). Any ideas?
