That would be no problem Eleanor but I know Vincent is quite tech savvy
himself and might prefer to use all this as a learning experience
frustrating as it is but sure there is no problem in having a trainer visit
him.

How about an NCBI trainer going out to Vincent.  I appreciate this is
entirely up to Vincent but I can't help thinking that sighted assistance
here could be beneficial not that all you guys aren't doing a brilliant job
