Hi Susan Try the following: 1 Go to the control pannel 2 Choose Internet options and press enter 3 Control and tab a few times until you come to programs4 Press the tab key until you come to e-mail combo-box and, if it is set to microsoft outlook just use your arrow keys to change it to Outlook Express
