Go to the windows desktop and make sure nothing is selected, if something like my documents says selected, unselect using the control key plus the spacebar to unselect. 2.Press the application key or use keys, "shift + F10" to open the application menu. 3. Arrow down to "create shortcut" and press enter 4. Now paste in carefully the following link; http://www.rte.ie/player/#l=7 5. Press the enter key after you have pasted in the above link.6. You will now be asked for a user friendly name, call it for example RTETV or something like this and again press the enter key. 7. Now go back onto your desktop and look for your new shortcut, once found press the enter key on it to open up the live stream.
