yes it is jaws 8.0 i am using and ie 8.
i heard there were issues with compatability perhaps this is what is
causing the problem with jaws not reading links.
so

things are quite messy as you can imagine since laptop went down. on that
note briefly eircom tell me that due to a microsoft update that came in the
ip configuration was changed and that in order to get my laptop to connect
properly i need to reload with my recovery discs, of course they have
disappeared or the dog ate them.
anyone come across this problem on laptop and if no recovery disc how did
ye fix it.
have tried restore system but no luck.
i have a feeling i will be ever so slightly more knowledgeable with a
little help from you folks after all this!!!!
