Yes Susan, Hi, I also took delivery of a C5 yesterday from Vodafone. Would you be kind enough to answer my questions too please. Now what you describe is what happened to me yesterday when I went to alter my Profile by going to Tools, settings, general and profiles. I selected profile but again I was thrown back to the standby screen. I had to change my profile via a different route, by pressing the power key and then selecting what profile I wanted. Would you be kind enough to try on your phone for me to see what happens for you via the tools, settings folder and then the first option, I think on the list is profiles. I am disputing if my phone is bran new. Did your screen have a protective cover film? Were the headphones in a sealed or open little sellofeen bag? What about the plug? I was totally perplexed and kept trying it in different sockets but knew right well it would not fit as it was too small a distance between it and the holes in the power socket. Then accidentally I discovered that the top pin was in fact extendable!!!! How silly I felt! Thank you I really would appreciate your comments.
