I think you need to hit Talks and the number 1 on your keypad. You want key echo words or words and letters or whatever you want. Hit talks and 1 and when you hear what talks says, if that is what you want fair enough, if not hit talks and 1 again and you can do this a third time too, I think but do not have my phone here right at the minute.OK, I've tried it out on my phone, the first is key echo is none, the next is key echo is letters, the next is words and the next is letters and words.
