Thank you Maureen for those words of comfort. Shannon was a beautiful name for
your dog. I shall always remember that name especially as I come from
Carrick-on-Shannon.

Hello Eleanor, my heart felt sympathy goes out to you on the passing of your
guidedog. I am going through the same grief at the moment as my gorgeous
golden retriever Shannon passed away ten weeks ago. He was 13 years old and
retired for two of those. I miss him so much each day, but he was a marvelous
worker in his time. Hope it gets easier for you as the days pass. Best wishes,
 Maureen Murray.

It's obviously a pdf file that you are trying to open. Unfortunately I
sometimes get this too but when I give it a go again it works out OK. What
version of Adobie Acrobat Reader are you using? Are you familiar with PDF
files?

I am feeling very sad tonight as I had to have my little guide Dog Pedro
(retired) put to sleep today. He was 12 years and 7 months and had been with
me for 10 years and 8 months. Those of you who have guide dogs will know what
a heartbreak this is. They do such a wonderful job. Where owould we be
without them?

      Hi again

I'm trying to open a file from a government website and I keep getting
the following message

internet explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to
close.
The following add-on was running when this problem occurred.
      Add on name: AcroPDF.dll
      Company Name: Adobe Systems Incorporated
      Description: Adobe PDF Browser Control

I also had this problem a few weeks ago with the tipperary institute
website. There is an option to learn more about add-ons in the box but my pc
freezes at that point.

Anyone any suggestions. I feel it might be something to do with my
firewall or protection.

      Cheers

      Edel..
