Hi Mary,

Go into the "View Menu" with keys, Alt + V. In here change your sort sub
menu to messages and received. I don't use Outlook Express but think this is
the setting you need.

Paul.

Subject: [vip_students] emails

I am having trouble with my emails.
Some emails are coming in from the top and some from the bottom. That is
not all.
The word "collapsed keeps coming between the emails, jaws tells me all
messages will be lost if I delete an email, and do I wish to proceed. I
then have to press the space bar to retain the other messages.
Does anyone know what is the matter?.
Regards, Mary.
