Hi Edel,
If its outlook express that the three of you are using then why not create
identities. This will help seperate the program in a manner that will avoid
you all working out of the one inbox.

Thanks for that. I want to create three different signatures in Microsoft
outlook as there are three of us using the same account at work which is a
bit of a pain.

Well I can only speak for Microsoft Outlook and if its this application,
then yes y ou can. I would have to take a look at outlook express but
perhaps someone else using it can advise us about this.
