Which is my way of saying the link above might no longer point to the
latest version.  But more and more software these days comes with a
Check for Updates option usually in the Help menu.  Spybot S&D and
Thunderbird, for example.

 And JAWS, too.  In fact, there's an update for JAWS 11 now
available.  48Mb or something like that,
