Eleanor,

the last version of JAWS9 - or the now downloadable version of JAWS9 - works with Internet Explorer 8.

What version of Supernova do you have? I think if you have Internet Explorer 8 for example you would need Supernova 11 at least and now there is Supernova 12!!! As for Jaws again I would say what version of Jaws and what version of Internet Explorer. Again I believe you will need at least Jaws 10 for Internet Explorer 8 but Jaws 11 would work better and again there is Jaws 12 now. Of course both of you may use Fire Fox.

 Hi Jenny

I have similar problems when I read my emails or its on some websites on the internet and I use supernova which is a magnification and speach software.

I would say likes of jaws and supernova can't seem to fully load some things on the internet. I don't know. Has anyone else any ideas out there? Is anyone else experiencing this?

 Best
 Gina

   hi to the list,
   can anyone help me please,
when i turn on my computer everything is in order until i read a couple of emails and bingo my computer freezes for no good reason. i turn it off from the tower, but each time i turn it back on i just get a buzzing sound and nothing happens, this occurs at least 4-5 times and then it works perfectly.
as you can imagine it is very frustrating.
i am using "jaws 9" and "windows xp home addition" i also have avast 5 which updates each day. any thoughts would be much appreciated but could i ask any explanations in simple language as i am certainly not a computer buff.
   thanks for any help.
