Hi Susan,

When you open up the CD which contains your statements, just use the select
all keys, "control + A" and then use "control + C" to copy. Once you have
copied them to the clipboard, go into your "My Documents" folder and paste
in here with keys, "Control + V".

I get my BT bills, bank statements and other important documents sent to me
on cd. can I save them on to my computer so I can read it in a word document
rather than listen to it?
