Hi Vincent,

Just a quick check to do, make sure Internet Explorer is set as your 
default browser as this can sometimes cause unpredictable problems with 
links. In Internet Explorer go to Tools, then Internet Options, then the 
Programs tab and under the setting Default Web Browser make sure I E is 
your default, if not there is a button there to make it the default. Don't know 
if it will have any impact but worth checking anyway.
