Hi Susan,

Just place the CD into either  drawer and if it then auto loads up prompting
you to play using Windows Media Player, just press enter key on this choice
and it should start playing.
If nothing happens after a few moments then use keys, "Winkey + letter E" to
open up windows Explorer. Arrow down to where it might say either "Audio CD
D: or Audio CD E:, only one will have the word Audio in it. This will
indicate to you  that is the drive with the CD. At this point, press the
application key on it and from the menu, press enter key on the "play
button". It should now begin to play.
