Hi Vincent,Personally I would prefer to just use my own method for backing up. I wouldfirst of all get myself an external hard drive. Now I would create a folder on it called documents. In here I would place all the contents of the documents folder on my computer using copy and paste. Now I would locate the place where my emails are stored on the computer andcopy that folder into the external hard drive. I would also create folders for my MP3 files etc on that hard drive and copy in the files to them. This would reassure me that everything was okay.
