hi Tony, yes, it took me a while to get that problem sorted as I actually
thought my email hadn't reach the list when no one came back with an answer,
even though it came up in my in box.
I don't know what happened it just righted itself after a while it was a
mystery to me. it was a awful thing to work round every day, I still don't know
just what went wrong and how it suddenly righted it's self.

Your problem may be resolved by now, but I think that your, keyboard help,
may have been enabled.
To turn this off press insert 1 on the main part of the keyboard which is
called the querty!
To turn this on again if you wish, press insert and 1 again.

i can't even read this email it just keeps saying the above.
susani have accidently turned some thing here
when i hit my arrow keys for navigating around a document ect, it's just
saying left arrow, right arrow, up or down arrow
