Hi Vincent,
I had this recently with a 4 page legal document. I was using the latest
adobe reader. I got the same message and a sighted friend told me the file
was up on the screen.
I am using the latest adobe. I will have to check later but I think that
when I used a different computer with an older version of adobe it worked
fine.
I am bed ridden with a virus at the moment.

hello again
i have a 375 page pdf book. i am trying to open it and it is telling me
"alert blank document". i have sighted assistance that is telling me that
the document is there with text on it. i have also tried to do a save as
text and that is not working. does anyone know what i need to do to save
this as a text document please. many thanks.
