Hello Tony, " Another lister posed a question to this list re Windows Find and the answer given by another lister was in my opinion erronious having tried it out! " Tony, I am not sure what you are referring to in this message. First of all going by your subject line the nearest other subject line I can find to this was "Windows Help". I have searched through all my mails and did not come up with the same subject line as you posted. I believe that the topic was about windows help n which case the person who posted the solution to it was indeed correct. There was one other mail in on the topic of finding mails within outlook express but it does not bare any resemblance to the topic you have written about here in my opinion. You said that the particular fix did not work for you without clarifying what you were trying to accomplish and you gave your own solution to this "windows key + F3". You were indeed correct if in fact the whole issue was about the windows find in the first place which it was not. I formed this list with the hopes that it would not become a bashing ground for people to use against other persons. Please lets keep it this way as I have seen enough of this kind of behavior on other lists and will not put up with it on this list. Be courteous when replying to others messages and instead of discouraging them to write in their answers, suggestions and solutions, if they are in error then try and sort out the issue in a respectful manner for their feelings as well as others. I want everyone on here to feel free to know that anything they write in is valuable and can benefit in one way or another and I don't want anyone to feel inhibited about writing into the list so keep up the good work all and keep those mails coming in, I want you all to know now that this list is fast becoming one of the most successful help lists around and its all thanks to everyone on it..
