Hi Aine,
They are reading "collapsed". If you go into the view menu of outlook
express with alt + V and up or down arrow you will come to an option that
says "collapsed" checked. Hit the enter key on this to fix it.

reading "collasped"? Its only with the e-mails recieved and only to e-mails
on the list.
