Hi Eleanor!
Don't know why all your windows are small. Try Alt+Space and X to
maximise them. Don't know what you mean by standby screen. As for
The Qube, it's designed to stay in the background. Are you sure it
isn't already running? Try Ctrl+Shift+Win+O. If The Qube's
Configuration dialog box opens, then everything's working correctly.
Lastly, try Start > Settings > Taskbar and Start Menu. When the
dialog box opens, select the Taskbar tab and make sure the Never
Combine option is selected from the Taskbar Buttons drop-down list and
click OK,
