I am totally confused about this screen software on a portable drive. Tell me
Tony, what is the procedure to use on a portable drive as I could well use
that. You have to give me an idiots guide from when you insert the portable
drive to when it is up and running.

Hi Susan
I use NVDA and find it very useful especially if i need to use a different
PC than my own as you can keep a portable version on a USB drive. If you
want to check it out see the details below.
Tony

NonVisual Desktop Access (NVDA) is a free and open source screen reader for
the Microsoft Windows operating system. Providing feedback via synthetic

computers running Windows for no more cost than a sighted person. Major
features include support for over 20 languages and the ability to run
entirely from a USB drive with no installation. NVDA is developed by NV
