Hi Edel,

When I go to Settings in my contacts it says "no data". Any ideas on this?

Thanks for your help,

Loretta.

Hi Loretta

It sounds like your information is stored on perhaps your sim card but you
are using your phone memory or vice versa. Try the following:
Go to phone book or contacts depending on the make of your phone and then to
settings. In settings go to memory in use. Here you can select either your
phone memory your sim card memory or both. Select both the phone and sim
card memory and see does this resolve your problem. Hope this helps.

Edel..
