[vip_students] Jaws query

Hi all,
Using Jaws 16 & Windows Vista Jaws is not reading the email message, will
read sender & subject line only. The message is visible to sighted reader &
if I forward to another laptop Jaws then reads the full message. I am
getting a message,
"Reader not available in this particular dialogue. Wonder Bar" I should
add I am using Microsoft Outlook & it is not reading messages in Sent,
Drafts etc. Any advice welcome.
