Thanks, eleanor.
That link is the answer, Tony, to your request for an all-singing, all-dancing, universal link to the last In touch programme. However, as it happened, when i clicked on the link the programme did take a while, perhaps nearly a minute, to start playing. You see, eleanor, there was a trailing date at the end of the In touch link when you first gave it a week and a bit ago, which led to the impression that it was necessary there. i believe that this issue has been resolved and can now be - to use the definitive term - closed.

I origionally saved it to favourites and so I access it that way. Now to be fair I do not know the content of 3 August but it says 10 August on the screen.

how are you first accessing the link? I accessed (clicked/entered on) the link in your original email last night, and got up the programme for 03 August (which i hadn't finished listening to on the computer, and which thus resumed playing inn the middle of the iPad item). Did you notice how the programme's date of 03_08_2010 was included in the link you gave? Sorry for belabouring it.

The link does work, but it is the programme - for 03 Auhgust, not the latest show. In order to hear that, change the date in the link from 03_08_2010 to 10_08_2010, and so on. All of the in touch programmes are archived somewhere. In case it was confusing you, the programme resumes playing from where you stopped listening to it the last time.
Tony: the nearest thing now to just the one link for any programme would probably hbe the In Touch podcast link, which merely gives you the last programme aired.
