Hi Tony,

Before you try anything, go into the "Add/Remove programs" in Control Panel.
Go down through all the applications in the list and remove any toolbars
such as the Google toolbar and any other toolbars installed in here. Also
just to be sure that the google toolbar has been removed completely, when in
Internet Explorer, go into the tools menu then go to "Manage Add-ons and
choose the toolbars section. Go to the list of possible toolbars on your
list and remove Google again if its present as well as any other that are
not native to Internet Explorer. Restart IE and let us know what happens.
