Hello Susan,
I remember awhile back having the problem of eloquence changing voices, this
is what I was informed to do.
1. press insert plus 6 on the number row
this will open Jaws configuration manager.
2. press control plus shift plus (d)
3. press left alt plus (s)
4. arrow down to text and press enter
5. tab until you hear Jaws saying detect language.
6. if this is checked, press spacebar to uncheck it.
7. press control plus (s) to save any changes.
8. press left alt plus (f) 4 to close jaws configuration manager.
note: if no changes have been made, ignore number 7.

Does this happen to all emails or just some. Perhaps emails that come

friends over in the UK. Does it happen to jaws when you are reading mine
for
example.
