Hi Petrina,

You need to go into the View menu then arrow down to layout and make sure
that you have the option called "received" ticked. If its not then just
press the enter key on it. I think you may have somehow gotten the messages
set up to show as "conversation".

Paul.

Subject: [vip_students] Collapsed messages

Hi all

Sometimes when messages come in from the group, JAWS prefixes the message
listed with "collapsed". Whenever I go to delete such a message, a dialoge
box comes up saying do I want to delte all the collapsed messages.

Out of interest, what is this "collapsed"?

Also can I say, I am getting great use out of the list and many thanks to
everyone who is contributing. Thanks also to Paul for all the work on the
tutorials.

Best Wishes,
Petrina Finn
