Flor or someone would you mind sending me the direct link to Silverlight 
please? Can flash player be installed as well as Silverlight or would they 
clash?

Hi,

Silverlight is the Microsoft equivalent of Adobe Flash.

Now, there is another player called Winamp which (I believe) if you're 
into Internet audio/radio and video, you'd do well to have.  (It plays 
file types that other players won't.)  It can be got from
www.winamp.com/
or from the Download A Player link at

www.acbradio.org/

and possibly from
www.whitestick.co.uk
