Hi Geraldine,

I would think first updating Super Anti Spyware and then running it say
every couple of months is a good idea. As for Avast well it runs all the
time in the background monitoring your system but you should do a boot time
scan every so often just to be sure.

Paul.

Hi again Ger,

Here's also "Super Anti Spyware" in case you want it also, you should
install then update and finally run them both.

            Hi Paul

Could you possibly give me a direct download link to an anti-malwarebytes
programme?

Thanks in advance

Geraldine
