Bogged down by routing slips, filing, documentation and orders? Do you find yourself saying “it’ s easier just to do it myself than to explain to someone how to do it?” Lean manufacturing has inspired virtually every manufacturer around the world to reduce waste and achieve high quality and increased profits. But Lean concepts can be applied beyond manufacturing, especially within the office. It's been said that improving transactional processes can lead to a 400% improvement for an organization. Manufacturers will also benefit from this class by learning how to use lean for the Office to organize scheduling, improve lead time, document quality, safety and more.  Learn through instruction and simulation how to apply Lean concepts to an office environment to reduce cycle times, reduce was te and improve your profitability.  Instructor: Megan Burns, Managing Director - Operations Strategy Consulting.
