Hi Paul
When you log into outlook express with your user name and password, try the
following:
1. Press Alt and T to go to the tools menu
2. Up arrow to accounts and press enter.
3. Here you will find a list box with the name of your mail account. Press
the tab key until you come to properties and press enter.
4. Now, you need to press control and tat once to go to the server options.
5. Press tab and you will come to a box for the password. Delete what's
currently in the box and type in your password.
6. Press tab and you will come to a check box to remember your password.
Check this box with the space bar and then tab to apply.
Hopefully, this will sort the problem for you.

when i go to use outlook express i am prompted for user name and password
that's as normal but i cannot access the remember password option so that i
don't have to type it in each time
