Could have been created by whoever your email provider is.
Presumably your vics messages aren't in it?
Do you have a spam folder separate to your junk folder. Worth
looking there.

Depends on your list settings.
You can set it up so emails you send to the list are delivered to you.
Some people don't want their own mails sent back to them when they
post to a mailing list.
I think for the vics list you can do this by sending a mail to:
vicsireland-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
with the following text in the subject line:
set echopost
Try it and see if it works.
