as a newcomer to mailing list I would like if someone could explain to me
what is allowed to put in our mails. Iknow that the bulk of mails deal with
computer applications ,but is that the only subject that one can enquire
about. For example,recently a friend was entered for laser treatment to help
with diabetic retinopathy , can a member enquire through vics if any
member has views on this procedure and the outcome after treatment
.Something along the line of a self help group .If this suggestion is out of
