Or, instead, one could save the program to the downloads folder and run it
later. (Which is what I did.)

I'm not sure if this is the answer to your question but when I opened the
installed Team Talk for the first time and expected it to offer the run
command as indicated in Stuart's instructions, it did not do so and went
straight into the program itself. When I eventually realised what had
happened, I pressed alt and went into the help menu and the settings wizard
to run is the second choice down in there.
From there, following Stuart's instructions,I had very little trouble
setting things up.
As it happens, I'm not available this evening so good luck to everyone
joining in the discussion.

Sorry about this again lads but havinhg some difficulty in trying to
download file on to someone's computer via NVDA. We cannot get back to the
"run" button, it flies by a couple of buttons. I have tried it a couple of
times, if anyone has some easy solution please let us know. The lady in
question is using Windows 7 with NVDA (not sure what version).
