Hi Suzanne,

Is your friend accessing Hotmail on the web (as a webmail account), or are
they using a mail client like Outlook or Outlook Express to read their
mails?

If they are having trouble reading Hotmail on the web, why not set up a
client like Outlook and see how that goes for them. It would save them
having to change their email address.

Magnification software can indeed be installed on a laptop.

Cheers,

Tony

Hi Gang

just a quick question for you VicSonians out there. A friend of mine is
changing her email address from Hotmail to another account as she says
she finds it hard to read her emails on her laptop. What's the best
e-mail account that would suit her do you think?

Also, is it possible to get screen magnification software on a laptop??

Suzanne
