Hi Ed, To open photos there are a few methods but the most simple and I preface the instructions on the basis that you are using jaws screen reading software. I will provide alternate instructions if you use magnification software. Jaws instructions: 1. highlight the message and press enter key to open message. 2. press "insert key " and letter "A" this will highlight your attachments. 3. using up/down cursor keys select either photo. Jaws will speak title of attached photo file and may state format "jpeg file" 4. Press enter key on selected attachment and a dialog box will open asking you do you wish to save or open attachment. Tab through the options and select open and Jaws will say opening windows picture and fax viewer. 5. The picture will be displayed on the screen - read on Alternatively, If you have a photo editor program such as "arcsoft photo studio you will be able to open the photos in the main window the same as you open a document in ms word. To do this: 1. Follow steps above 1,2,3, 2. When you are asked to open or save attachment? tab to the save button and press enter. 3. A new window will open similar to saving a document, so now u will have to tab through the options on the screen and select the folder which you normally use to save files in. Tab to the "save in folder" option and using the up/down cursor keys select your default folder i.e. "my documents" and press enter then tab through the remaining options until you see the file name and save options and press enter on save. 4. Repeat the process for the second photo and then shut down your mail program. 5. select the swindows button, Programs and your photo editor program. 6. When the photo editor program opens, select the file menu and select the option "open file" 7. A new window similar to the window you use to open a document will appear. Tab through the options in the window to get accustomed to them. Then Select the folder you have saved the file in by using the cursor keys 8. tab to the folder window and check out if the file name appears there and if so press the enter Key on it. In the event it doesn't readily appear in the folder tab down to the file type box just below the file name box and select alternate file types with the up/down cursor keys. Then press "control key" + tab key twice to bring you back up to the file listings and you should find the file. Best of luck. there should also be a way of increasing the image in the menus but that anon if required.
