Hi Maureen!
It does in deed seam as if you've either created a rule which
automatically deletes Michael's mail or blocked him as junk.
Since it takes a few deliberate steppes to create a rule, I don't think
it's likely you could have accidentally done that.
Let's assume you blocked him then. If you are using Outlook Express, you
should have a block or unblock sender option in the message menu.
If you are using Outlook, you have a sub menu called Junk Email in the
Actions menu. In there you can also block or unblock senders. You need
to open an email in order to activate that option.

Cheers,
Robbie

Hi Maureen

Maybe you accidentially 'blocked' Michael's email address from your
Inbox ?

In fact this is a question for the VICS list not Ireland VIP News so I
put them in CC to see if they can answer your query.

Michael, I have been meaning to tell you that all mails from you
invariably bypass my inbox and go to the deleted folder. Has anyone
else experienced this problem?

Maureen. P.S. Believe me, I have nothing against you!
