Hi Maureen! It does in deed seam as if you've either created a rule which automatically deletes Michael's mail or blocked him as junk. Since it takes a few deliberate steppes to create a rule, I don't think it's likely you could have accidentally done that. Let's assume you blocked him then. If you are using Outlook Express, you should have a block or unblock sender option in the message menu. If you are using Outlook, you have a sub menu called Junk Email in the Actions menu. In there you can also block or unblock senders. You need to open an email in order to activate that option.
