Wow! That is good, my reason for even querying you about this is mainly routed
in the fact that the bill is slowly rising monthly and I really try to keep
calls to a minimum on the landline. So I really am going to have to do
something about it.

Yeah no worries. I got a pretty good deal actually. I’m paying €61 for
Broadband, landline and TV Essentials. It seems to be for the full duration of
the contract too which is good.
I added mobile for an extra €10 per month. The girl who sold it to me made a
mistake though. The package it turns out she gave me only has 1GB of data usage
per month, whereas she sold it to me as being 10GB. Data is the most important
thing to me. They are going to have the call listened to and if I’m correct
about what she promised, then they said they will honour the 10GB, otherwise I
can cancel the mobile part.
It is definitely worth shopping around. I went with Eir because I can’t get Sky
TV in my apartment, but I work for Sky and know they have some good deals too.
There’s a lot of competition in the market now which is good, so definitely
shop around, you’re paying quite a high price there.

broadband and phone package.

I had come across that page but missed the breakdown of channels so thanks. A
few of them don’t seem to be accurate but most are I think.
If you’re contemplating them, I would say that overall I’ve been happy with
the experience and the price so far, though be aware that their apps, such as
Eir Vision Go for watching TV on a phone or tablet, don’t appear to be very
accessible at all.

I see that there are two packs, The Eir Vision Essentials, and the Eir
Viusion Experience. The Essentials Pack has 50 channels. The Experience has
30 more, meaning it has 80 'top channels'. Yes I googled!)
