hi roslyn, is this the first time, or has it been happening for some time?
i would try powering off and on again, for a start,
then if its still not working check your jaws settings

Hi All,
Lately I've noticed when I back space in Word all JAWS says is blank even
though there is text there and if I press the arrow keys JAWS reads the text.
Using Windows XP and JAWS 8.
Any ideas?
