Hi,

I absolutely agree with Gerry here. Normal view is the only way to go for full 
and focused access with Jaws and probably other screen readers too.

Hi Roslyn,
 
I think I have experienced something similar and I discovered that the previous 
user of the computer and the particular document had been viewing the document 
in print view rather than normal view.  Maybe people may wish to correct me and 
it is something totally different but worth a try.
