What is the earliest version of JAWS you have on your computer? How many
versions do you have? The location of things JAWS was changed to conform to
Microsoft standards in (was it?) JAWS6: So it might be possible for you, if you
run - say - JAWS5 or earlier, to completely uninstall and remove later
versions of JAWS and all their folders.
Have you ever contacted JAWS tech support by Email, Maureen? This is something
you could do. If they know the answer, they will respond within a short time,
like within a few hours to a day. I think support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx will
reach them.
