Subject: IHCD User/Expert Lab Orientation
Hi User/Experts,
This summer IHCD is partnering with the MBTA, Jacobs Engineering, and The Urban
Idea Lab to review green line and commuter rail stations. In addition, we are
partnering with DCR (the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and
Recreation) to review parks, beaches, and camp grounds across the state.
In order to involve as many diverse users as possible I am hosting brief
orientation sessions to introduce you to IHCD, explain the user/expert lab and
your role as a user/expert, describe the current projects, and schedule
upcoming reviews. While this orientation is not paid, stipends are provided for
review participation.
Many of you may have already participated in a review and others have been
working with IHCD for years. Please feel free to attend one of the following
sessions as a refresher AND please spread the word to other friends, family,
and colleagues who might be great user/experts too. For those not local to
Boston I will be recording the sessions and will try and share them later as
videos or webinars.

The sessions will be held on:
- Saturday July 15th at 10:30 am
- Wednesday July 19th at 12:30 pm
- Thursday July 20th at 6:00 pm
All sessions will be about one hour and are held at IHCD, 200 Portland Street
Boston MA 02114. Light refreshments will be served.
