Kelsey, having several hundred contacts I can understand the issue. What I like
to do is find the search field in the contacts tab and type in a few letters of
a name and swipe to that name. With a little practice it is fast.

Subject: [vibug-support] placing a phone call
Hello,
I just got an iphone Se over the weekend. Since I already own an ipad,
transitioning to the iphone wasn't as big of a step as it would have been if I
would have gotten it as my first device. I normally just ask Siri to call
someone, but I realize that there may be times when Siri is unreliable, such as
in a busy public place or when the wifi signal isn't very good. Therefore, I
would like to be able to make a phone call using the touch screen. I have
been playing around with using the contacts tab in the phone app. I've been
just flicking through my contacts to find the one I want, but since I have 60
contacts, there's no way I'm going to flick through all of them every time I
want to call someone. A friend of mine suggested turning the rotor to
headings, flicking up and down through the headings, then flick right to the
person I am looking for. That's a great suggestion, but I still can't do the
rotor reliably, so I can't rely on that to work all the time. Therefore, does
anyone have any suggestions on faster ways to scroll through my contacts? Three
finger flick up and down does not work.
Thank you,
Kelsey Nicolay
