Sounds great to me. John, I'm interested in your suggestion of adding
tambourine, though. It could stand a fuller part, especially if it keeps a
heavy bass line. I presume the version with reapeaks in its file extension
has had a Reaper limiter applied. I can't make that version play in
anything, even by putting the reapeaks before the .wav extension. Both
files are appearing at each of three folder levels in the Parts folder. I
didn't like to delete any, in case there was a reason I wasn't aware of, but
maybe we could thin them out in case anybody's near their Dropbox limit.

I've finally managed to get my first drum track up for you to listen to and
comment on of course.
I've mixed the drums into a rough stereo sound with nothing more than
relative volumes, panning and a little reverb involved - all very
conventional at the moment. I didn't add any percussion as I'm learning as I
go along here, but I think there's room for a bit of tamberene at least if
you'd like it.
In the track, I went for a half time feel in the verses after playing it all
with the same feel initially, but either is perfectly possible.
Non of this is fixed in stone of course and I look forward to your first
impressions.
