I don't know how good your own natural ear is? I played the guitar at
school and there were no apps back then. There were plenty of
inaccessible machines. I used to use my own ears and a tuning fork and
there were no complaints. There's nothing wrong with low tech
ocasionally.

Hi,
I'm guessing you mean the Roadie. Without knowing the particular ins and
outs of the harp, I'd say drop them an email. They're very good at
replying.
My best guess would be you'd have to create your own instrument preset in
the app, then add each individual string on whatever tuning is used by
your instrument.
Their mantra is "If it's got strings, the Roadie will tune it", so you
should put it to the test.
