To turn on spoken menus, press 'Shift' which is the bottom left key and 'space bar' which is the long key in bottom row To start reading a book once it's open, press 'shift' which is the bottom left key and the 'Sym' key, which is one key to the right of the spacebar, one key up and then one to the right again.
