To turn on spoken menus, press 'Shift' which is the bottom left key and
'space bar' which is the long key in bottom row
To start reading a book once it's open, press 'shift' which is the
bottom left key and the 'Sym' key, which is one key to the right of the
spacebar, one key up and then one to the right again.

I don't remember the two key combination, I just use the key to the
right of the space bar once you're in the book and it says "page
preferences", I just down arrow with the 4 way, I think 4 times and it
says text to speech and press the center of the 4way to select.
