Hi Melissa. When in that pop-up window use your arrow keys. I think
you are in a drop down window with those multiple choices. I believe
that return is past that menu. Try just using your arrow keys.
Here is another possibility as well. On the Amazon home page, you will
find a link for Your Orders. Tap on that link and on that page do a
search in orders Kindle Books. You should get a list of your books.
Perhaps there is a return link there as well.

well, i was finally able to see your message. i have found the list books,
and have hit the actions button, this is where i can’t find the return for
refund button. i see my list of devices, download book, export to usb drive
or something, but not the option return for refund.
