well, i was finally able to see your message. i have found the list books, and
have hit the actions button, this is where i can’t find the return for refund
button. i see my list of devices, download book, export to usb drive or
something, but not the option return for refund.

down further. Here is the procedure from Amazon:
Return Kindle Books
1. Go to Manage Your Content and Devices.
2. From the Your Content tab, select the Actions [...] button next to
the title you want to return, and then select Return for Refund.
3. In the pop-up window, select Return for Refund.
Saying this, there is an unmapped button before you hear the book that
has to be tapped. You should have the option in this pop-up window.
Note, however after you tap return, there might be another pop-up
window to confirm. If so, I need to use my mouse to find it. If all
else fails, call Amazon and they will do the return for you. Done that
in the past as well. Hope this helps.

i ordered some kindle books not realizing i had read them from another
source. so using my iphone 7 with latest update, or a windows computer
using latest jaws and nvda, i can’t get to the button that says return for
refund. i can get to manage your digital content, and can see my device
list, but no button or link that says return for refund. any suggestions?
